WARNING
Depending on your integration, Kimoby might already have received the information about the customer that you want to add.
In Customers
- Click on the Customers tab on the left side of your screen.
- Click on New customer at the top left side of your screen.
- Fill in the fields with the customer's information.
- Click on Create customer.
From a new message
You can add a customer to your database when sending a new message.
- Click on New message at the top left side of your screen.
- Add your customer's phone number in the field Search for a customer by name or phone number...
- Click on Add phone number in the drop-down menu, which will appear automatically.
- Add your customer's name in the yellow box, directly beside the phone number you just entered.
- The customer will automatically be created once the message is sent.
- Click on the green icon at the bottom of your screen to send a new message.
- Click on New message.
- Click on Add customer.
- Enter your customer's phone number.
- Click on Create new customer.
- Fill in your customer's name and click on Create.
- The customer will automatically be created once the message is sent.
From Appointments
You can create a new customer by adding a new appointment in the Appointments section.
- Click on New appointment at the top left of your screen.
- Enter your customer's phone number in the field Search for a customer by name or phone number...
- Click on Add phone number in the drop-down menu, which will appear automatically.
- Add your customer's name in the yellow box, directly beside the phone number you just entered.
- The customer will automatically be created once the appointment is created.
