Creating New Customers Manually

WARNING

Depending on your integration, Kimoby might already have received the information about the customer that you want to add. 

In Customers

  1. Click on the Customers tab on the left side of your screen. 
  2. Click on New customer at the top left side of your screen. 
  3. Fill in the fields with the customer's information. 
  4. Click on Create customer.  

From a new message

You can add a customer to your database when sending a new message. 

  1. Click on New message at the top left side of your screen. 
  2. Add your customer's phone number in the field Search for a customer by name or phone number...
  3. Click on Add phone number in the drop-down menu, which will appear automatically. 
  4. Add your customer's name in the yellow box, directly beside the phone number you just entered. 
  5. The customer will automatically be created once the message is sent.

  1. Click on the green icon at the bottom of your screen to send a new message.
  2. Click on New message
  3. Click on Add customer
  4. Enter your customer's phone number. 
  5. Click on Create new customer.
  6. Fill in your customer's name and click on Create.
  7. The customer will automatically be created once the message is sent.

From Appointments 

You can create a new customer by adding a new appointment in the Appointments section. 

  1. Click on New appointment at the top left of your screen. 
  2. Enter your customer's phone number in the field Search for a customer by name or phone number...
  3. Click on Add phone number in the drop-down menu, which will appear automatically. 
  4. Add your customer's name in the yellow box, directly beside the phone number you just entered. 
  5. The customer will automatically be created once the appointment is created.
