Unsubscribing a customer

Once a customer has been unsubscribed, there is no way for a user to resubscribe that customer. Only they may subscribe back by answering back START in the last conversation or by giving them the text messaging number by writing START

Tips and tricks

If at any point the customer sends STOP in a text message conversation, Kimoby will automatically unsubscribe them.

If a customer requests to be unsubscribed, it is your legal duty to conform and unsubscribe the customer, in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws. Click here for Canadian information and here for American information.
