Starting new conversations with customers

You can attach any types of file to your text messages such as pictures, images, PDF files, etc.

You can also send the same text message to a maximum of 10 customers.
Just add them in the recipient field, type your text message and use custom attributes to personalize your message or use saved replies.

Send a quick message

  • Click on New message, at the top left corner of your screen.
  • Click on the recipient field to Search for a customer by name or phone number and add the recipient to your text message.
  • Type your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  • Click on Send .

  • Click on the green Conversations icon with a plus sign, at the bottom of your screen.
  • Click on Add customer.
  • Click on Search for a customer to add the recipients to your text message.
  • Click on Write your message to write your text message or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.

If the customer you wish to write a new text message to is not in your customer database, you can directly add that customer through a quick message.

Send a text message through a customer profile

  • Click on the Customers tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Search for the customer you wish to start a new conversation with, in the search field, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the customer's name to access his profile.
  • Click on New message, under the customer's name.
  • Type your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  • Click on Send .

  • Click on the Customers tab, at the bottom of your screen.
  • Click on the customer you wish to send a text message to.
  • Click on Send message in green.
  • Click on Write your message to write your text message or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.
