Starting a New Conversation with a Customer

Start a new conversation with a customer by sending a message.

In a new message, you can attach any type of file to your text messages such as pictures, images, PDF files, etc.It's also possible to send the same text message to a maximum of 10 customers.

Send a new message

  1. Click on New message at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Enter your customer's name or phone number in Search for a customer by name or phone number.
  3. Type your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  4. Click on Send.

  1. Click on the green plus sign icon, at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Click on New message
  3. Click on Add customer.
  4. Enter your customer's name or phone number in Search for a customer. 
  5. Write your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  6. Click on the paper plane icon at the bottom right of your screen to send your message.

If the customer is not in your database, you can add the customer through a quick message.

Send a message through a customer's profile

  1. Click on the Customers tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Enter your customer's name or phone number in Search customers... on the left side of your screen.
  3. Click on the customer's name to open his profile.
  4. Click on New message under the customer's name.
  5. Type your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  6. Click on Send.

  1. Click on the Customers tab, at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass icon. 
  3. Enter your customer's name or phone number in Search for a customer. 
  4. Click on Send message.
  5. Write your message in Write message here... or insert a saved reply.
  6. Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.
