Starting new conversations with customers

You can attach any types of file to your text messages such as pictures, videos, PDF files, etc.

You can also send the same text message to a maximum of 10 customers.
For example, if you wish to contact multiple customers for the same purpose, you can add them in the recipient field, send your text message and with the use of custom attributes, the text message sent to your multiple customers will be personalized according to each recipients.

Using preset message templates in text conversations with customers

  • Click on New message, at the top, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the recipient field to Search for a customer by name or phone number and add the recipient to your text message.
  • Type your message in the message box or insert a preset message.
  • Click on Send, at the bottom, on the right side of the message box, to send your text message.

If the customer you wish to write a text message to is not in your customer database, you can directly add that customer through a quick message.

Starting conversations and sending messages from customer profiles

  • Click on the feature Customers  , on the left side of your screen.
  • Search for the customer you wish to start a new conversation with, in the search field, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the customer's name to access his profile.
  • Click on New message, under the customer's name.
  • Type your message in the message box or insert a preset message.
  • Click on Send, at the bottom, on the right side of the message box to send your text message.
