Creating automations

You can create automations that are sent before or after an appointment.

  • Click on Automations, on the left side of your screen. 
  • Click on  New automation.  

Choose name

  • Choose the name of your automation.
  • Choose whether you want to send your automation before or after the appointment 
  • Click on Next.

Assign replies

  • Choose the user you want to assign the automation responses to. 
  • You can also alert specific user have have notifications sent to them.
  • Click on Next.
Tips and tricks

You can turn on emoticon detections and Kimoby will automatically sort customer into positive and negative responses.

Target customers

Create message

  • Write the message you want to send with your automation. Here are a few examples here
  • You will see a preview of your message and you can send a test to the number you want. 
  • Click on Next.

Set delivery time

  • Set up the date and time you wish your automation to be sent at. 
  • Click on Create automation

Throughout the whole set up, you can go back to each step before saving your automation.
