Creating Reusable Saved Reply Messages

You can create your own set of saved replies that will be available for your team.
I can be useful to save the messages that are most often sent.

Here are a few examples that you could use. 

  • Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Company settings.
  • Click on Saved replies¬†in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on Create a message.
  • Add a title to your message.
  • Write your message in the message box. You can personalize your messages by clicking on the custom attribute icon and add emojis by clicking on the smiley face icon .
  • Click on Create message to save your saved reply.

You can edit and delete every saved reply in your account.
