Creating reusable saved replies messages

It is possible to create your own set of saved replies. They will be available for your entire team.

In fact, it can be practical to save your most sent messages and send them as needed.

Here are a few examples that you could use. 

  • Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Company settings.
  • Click on Saved replies, in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on Create a message.
  • Add a title to your message.
  • Write your message in the message box. You can personalize your messages by clicking on the custom attribute icon  and add emojis by clicking on the smiley face icon .
  • Click on Create message to save your saved reply.

You can also edit and delete every saved replies in your account.
