Adding Appointments


If Kimoby is integrated with your DMS, all the appointment information from your DMS will automatically be synchronized in Kimoby. 

In Appointments 

  1. Click on the Appointments tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on New appointment
  3. Enter the customer's information. 
  4. If needed, select the Attributes tab, next to the information tab. 
  5. Enter any specific details the customers may have told you when booking their appointment.  
  6. Click on Create appointment

In Customers 

  1. Click on Customers  on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on the customer's name.
  3. Click on New appointment under your customer's name.
  4. Choose the date, time and duration of the appointment. 
  5. Click on Create appointment
