Allowing Photo Access in Mobile App

In order to send image and videos from your phone, to your customers, you need to allow photo access to Kimoby.

You will need to do so if you are not able to access your photos from the mobile app and you might see a red alert message Unable to select image at the top of your screen.

Also, keep in mind that the Live photos (only available on iPhone) can't be sent from the mobile app.


  1. Go to your phone settings.
  2. Click on Privacy.
  3. Click on Photos.
  4. Click on Kimoby.
  5. Click on Read and write.
