Adding a New User in Kimoby

If you invite someone who already has an account in Kimoby, you won’t need to create a new account, they will be added automatically to your company’s account!

  1. Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on Company Settings.
  3. Click on Users, in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen. 
  4. Enter the email of the person you wish to add to your users, in the Invite section.
  5. Select his or her job position as well as the role they will have in your app.
  6. Click on Invite User on the right of your screen to send the invitation to the future user by email.

You can also delete a pending invitation, if needed.
