As explained in the automation article, you can assign your replies to whomever you want. But, you can also automatically assign replies based on the event's attribute reference identification.
- Just click on the check box right under the reply assignation.
As per your reference ID, Kimoby will automatically sync up with your management system and assign all the replies related to you. For example, if you send an automation to introduce the service adviser working on a client's car, Kimoby will recognize and assign the service adviser that conversation.
