Understanding fallback values

WARNING

Do not remove the vertical line | in your custom attribute.

In your custom attributes and preset messages, you will find: write your fallback value

For example, if you want Kimoby to insert automatically the customer's vehicle model in your message or automation, you can use the following custom attribute { customer.meta_vehicle_model | write your fallback value }.

For every customer that has a vehicle model in their profile, Kimoby will insert it automatically in your message. But, if the attribute you are setting up isn't in the customer's profile, you need to manually add the value you want to be inserted instead.

The following message:

Hello { customer.name }, simple message to let you know that your { customer.meta_vehicle_model | write your fallback value } is ready. Thank you!

Will need to be changed to:

Hello { customer.name }, simple message to let you know that your { customer.meta_vehicle_model | vehicle } is ready. Thank you!

So a fallback value is a general information of your choosing.

It is the same doing for all the fallback values.
