All preset messages will be available for your entire team.

Creating a preset message

Through Kimoby, it is possible to create your own preset messages. This function makes it possible for you to send messages to your clients a lot faster. In fact, it can be quite practical to save the most used messages that needs to be sent manually. Here are a few examples that you could use. 

  • Go to the preset message section in your company settings at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Create a message.
  • Add a title to your message, as you will have a scroll down list to choose from or to help searching through them more easily.
  • Write your message in the space provided. You can personalize your messages by clicking on the custom attribute icon {...}.
  • Click on Create message when you are done and ready to send your message to customers. 

Editing a preset message

You can edit all your preset messages and these changes will be applied for all your users.

  • Click on the pencil icon on the right beside the preset you wish to edit.
  • You can modify the title, message or custom attribute.  
  • Click on Update message to save your changes.

You can always discard any changes by clicking on Cancel

Deleting a preset message

WARNING

Once a preset message is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

To delete a preset message, click on the trash icon on the right-hand side of the preset you wish to delete. A confirmation message will popup before deleting the message.
